Training helps you look at the ingredients and produce a finished product and through that product, we can gauge the level of training of that person who made it.

Training is important because it makes us useable and sendable. If you are not willing to learn, you are not ready to be sent. Training is useful and of value in everything and in every way.

Training is the key to transformation; you cannot carry value if you don’t go through the pain of transformation.
